Takia Starks formerly played Professional Women’s Basketball in top tier leagues in Western Australia, Finland and Switzerland. Starks (Texas A&M Basketball, 2005-09) graduated as the leading scorer in Texas A&M Women's Basketball history with 1,977 points and currently ranks third on that list. Starks became the first player in school history to be named a preseason First-Team All-America. She holds the record for the most three pointers made with 178. She was a starter all four years and led the Aggies to the NCAA Tournament in each of those seasons.
